Our business ethics are based on our core values and some fundamental beliefs, and provide each of us with guidance on how to act and behave. At Hytech, we never compromise on safety, integrity, quality, sustainability and accountability in the decisions we make!
We are committed to complying with the law, acting honestly and with integrity and treating people with respect. This is also important for good business relationships and how we are perceived by our customers, partners and local communities. Our Code of Conduct applies to all of us – no matter where we work and no matter what role we play.
Our Code of Conduct works in conjunction with our other policies and procedures and is a document that evolves based on ongoing feedback and dialogue. It is therefore important that you feel comfortable asking your questions or suggestions directly to your manager.
