Auxiliary Power Unit
Hytech Auxiliary Power Unit is design to supply hydraulic for ring line. Built in solid frame for protection during transport and operation process.
Solid a robust design contains double 170 kW power trains with total capacity of 650 l/min at 207 Bar. 7,5 kW cooling pump and plate sea water cooler provides continues operation even in middle east environment.
To ensure hydraulic oil volume, unit has 3000 liter tank equipped with visual level indicator, level and temperature sensor and tank breather.
Hytech Flushing Unit
The Hytech Flushing unit is a combined cleaning / circulation unit and a Hydraulic Power Pack (HPU) for multipurpose use.
Functional description
The Flushing unit have the possibility to work with the most common power voltage levels.
It has the possibility to adjust both the flow and the pressure for the flushing circuit. This to allow for low pressure and high pressure flushing tool dependent.
General info
It is built for ease of transportation and easy hookup for use on a new location. It is built to be used in hazardous areas.
It is designed around two electric driven hydraulic pumps with the best in terms of performance and reliability, long service intervals and high efficiency and are EX-certified.
The system consists of two tanks made for hydraulic fluid, one ‘’clean’’ tank and one ‘dirty’ tank.
The clean tank is where the oil is taken for the HPU and circulation purposes. The operator can then select the return to come back either to the same ‘clean’ tank or reroute it to the ‘dirty’ tank.
The dirty tank has connected a filtration circuit which clean up the oil and remove particles and water content if any before it route it back to the ‘clean’ tank for reuse.
Diesel Hydraulic Power Pack
The Hytech diesel Hydraulic Power Pack (HPU) is built for ease of transportation and easy hookup for use on a new location. The unit is EX-certified and can be used in hazardous areas
General information
The Diesel HPU is designed around a diesel engine with the best in terms of performance and reliability, long service intervals, high efficiency and excellent fuel economy which are EX-certified.
To the diesel engine we have installed a hydraulic swash plate type axial piston pump which is designed to specifically satisfy the Oil & Gas, marine and general industrial machinery market where a high-pressure variable displacement pump is required.
Functional description
The diesel HPU have following instrumentation on engine:
- Engine oil pressure indicator
- Engine coolant temperature indicator
