General information
The control panel is built in a stainless steel frame, designed and approved for internal lifting. Welded side panels increase the protection and strength of the unit.
VLBG load rings are mounted on four of the top corners. Certified lifting sling is supplied with the unit. For easy access and maintenance, the rear panel is bolted to the main frame, and the front if the unit is equipped with an access door. Inside the unit there is a storage compartment for documentation and radio controls.
For better protection of the hydraulic components, the unit is equipped with a high-quality 10 μm filter. The main functions are controlled by the proven PVG 32 proportional valve unit.
Hydraulic system is built on AISI 316 stainless steel pipes and fittings.

Hytech hydrauliske kontrollpanel kan leveres i full manuell versjon eller med fullstendig fjernstyrt radiokontrollsystem. Ved radiokontrollversjon kreves det en strømforsyning på 230 VAC.
Interlock control panel
The Interlock Hytech control panel is part of Hytech’s range of hydraulic control panels. The panel is designed for safe and precise control of air-operated, Flush-Mounted Spiders (FMS) and hydraulic pipe lifts.

General information
Hytech’s interlock control panel has two systems: Air system to operate FMS units and hydraulic system to operate lifts.
The interlock system ensures that only one of the functions can be used at the same time. For adjustment and installation it is possible to override this function.
The system is built in a stainless steel frame. To provide easy access for inspection and maintenance, both side plates are mounted on quick-release elements. The front and rear panels are bolted to the frame.
All pneumatic and hydraulic systems are built with well-known and proven components.
Hydraulic system is built on pipes and fittings made of stainless steel AISI 316.
