That’s how Christin Ellingsen (52) begins her story. Today she works as a Service Coordinator at Optimarin, but the road there was not an easy one. During her period of unemployment, she studied part-time and worked as an assistant at a nursing home while applying for relevant job openings. Then one day, the phone rang.
